双金属带锯条在使用过程中发生了疲劳裂纹失效,采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、体视显微镜和扫描电镜等检测方法,对双金属带锯条的显微组织、硬度和断口形貌进行了检验分析。结果表明,该裂纹为低周疲劳裂纹,主要是由于锯条表面存在的切削加工缺陷以及基体硬度偏高造成的。建议适当降低基材硬度,并有效去除背部表面和齿根部的毛刺等缺陷。
