今天,经济全球化进程日益加快,科技的发展也是日新月异。企业文化已经成为现代饭店管理热门的话题,它能增强企业的市场竞争优势,并保证企业的良性健康发展,企业文化与饭店管理之间存在着许多密切的联系。从饭店管理的角度出发,探讨企业文化在饭店管理中的作用及其培养路径,进而进行更好的饭店管理,提升饭店管理的水平。随着中国饭店的日益增多,消费者需求的不断提升,产生了许多值得探讨的新问题,如企业文化对饭店管理的影响,两者之间有着怎样的关系,如何相互促进等。
Today, the process of economic globalization is accelerating and the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day. Corporate culture has become a hot topic in modern hotel management. It can enhance the market competitive advantage of enterprises and ensure the benign and healthy development of enterprises. There are many close relationships between corporate culture and hotel management. From the point of view of hotel management, this paper explores the function of corporate culture in hotel management and its training path, and then conducts better hotel management and enhances the hotel management level. With the increasing number of Chinese restaurants and rising consumer demand, many new issues worthy of investigation have emerged, such as the influence of corporate culture on hotel management, the relationship between the two and how to promote each other.
