采用盆栽控水处理(7d),研究在土壤相对含水量分别为对照(CK,75%~80%)、轻旱(T1,50%~55%)、中旱(T2,30%~35%)3种水分条件下,3个苜蓿品种(陇东、大叶、阿尔冈金)的生长量、根冠比、叶片相对含水量、细胞质膜相对透性、丙二醛含量、活性氧清除酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)和游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,在轻旱处理下,3个苜蓿品种的总生物量和叶片相对含水量均下降,干物质积累率均上升,其中阿尔冈金苜蓿根冠比与CK相比增大两倍;中旱处理下,3个苜蓿品种的干物质积累率均大幅度上升,大叶苜蓿总生物量与CK相比减少一半,大叶苜蓿的根冠比继续下降,而阿尔冈金和陇东苜蓿仍保持较高的根冠比,尤其是阿尔冈金苜蓿的根冠比较大,而其叶片相对含水量的下降幅度最小,阿尔冈金和陇东苜蓿仍保持较低的叶片细胞质膜相对透性,而大叶苜蓿的叶片细胞质膜相对透性上升63.940%,阿尔冈金苜蓿丙二醛含量的上升幅度比大叶和陇东苜蓿小得多,3个苜蓿品种叶片细胞膜保护酶活性均有不同的变化,但与CK相比均没有显著差异,游离脯氨酸含量均上升,其中大叶苜蓿的上升幅度最大。干旱胁迫下,阿尔冈金相对陇东和大叶苜蓿表显出较强的抗旱性。

Algonquin and Longdong alfalfa also maintained relatively low plasma membrane permeability, However, the relative permeability of leaf plasma membrane increased by 63.940%, the content of malondialdehyde in Alnus sativa increased more slowly than that of Oxytropis indicum and Longdong alfalfa, and the activities of cell protective enzyme in leaves of three alfalfa cultivars were different But no significant difference compared with CK, free proline content increased, of which the largest increase in leaf clover. Under drought stress, Algonquin showed stronger drought resistance than Longdong and Changye alfalfa.
