1、前言:随着科技进步、社会发展,社会和组织对人的认识越来越深入。我国目前正处在经济快速发展和社会转型的关键时期,我党提出了构建和谐社会的宏伟蓝图,其中强调的就是要坚持“以人为本”。从企业的角度来看,企业的竞争是人才的竞争,积极营造有利人才成长和发挥作用的环境,体现的也是“以人为本”。再从对管理者要求的视角来看,要取得高效率,必须把对工作关心与对人的关心有机地结合起来,管理者的职责包括保证组织目标的完成与满足团队成员需要
1, Foreword: With the progress of science and technology, social development, people and society and organizations become more and more in-depth. At present, our country is in a crucial period of rapid economic development and social transformation.
