考查了羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒对小鼠燥结型便秘、小肠推进率和炭末排出时间的药效学作用,并进行急性毒性试验。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒对燥结型便秘作用显著,呈明显的量效关系;对小肠推进率的作用也随剂量的增大而加强;对于炭末排出时间,仅高剂量组作用明显。以羧甲基纤维素钠颗粒分别按6.0,9.0,12.0 g/kg ig,连续观察7 d,各组均未发现死亡,小鼠ig最大耐受量>12.0 g/kg。
