在空压机排气量的计算中,常常要考虑空气湿度的影响而对排气量进行修正,为此引进了析水系数的概念。国内外有关资料中,对析水系数的计算公式均有介绍,但往往没有具体的推导过程,或推导过程不尽合理,本文试图对这个问题作一粗浅叙述,不当之处,请批评指正。通常空气中总是含有水分的,空气中的水分是以水蒸汽的形态存在的。空气中所含水分的多少,即空气的潮湿程度用相对湿度ф表示,可用湿度计测得。根据定义,一定温度下空气的相对湿度:
