目的:观察喉癌组织中趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7的表达情况,初步了解CXCR4和CCR7与喉癌恶性表现的关系,从而为临床治疗提供理论基础。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法对实验组30例喉癌组织标本和对照组18例正常喉部黏膜组织标本中的趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7的表达进行检测,并应用计算机辅助图像分析仪对表达结果进行图像分析,然后进行统计学分析。结果:①趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7蛋白在喉癌组织中呈强阳性表达,且CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②癌细胞分化程度高的癌组织趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平显著低于分化程度低的癌组织(P<0.05),CXCR4和CCR7蛋白表达水平在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期明显升高(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组较无淋巴结转移组均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:趋化因子受体CXCR4和CCR7在喉癌组织中的高表达,其表达水平与喉癌的病理分化程度、临床分期及颈部淋巴结转移有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CCR7 in laryngeal carcinoma and to understand the relationship between CXCR4 and CCR7 and the malignant performance of laryngeal carcinoma, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CCR7 in 30 cases of laryngeal carcinoma specimens and 18 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa specimens of the experimental group. The changes of the expressions of CXCR4 and CCR7 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The results of the expression analysis, and then statistical analysis. Results: ① The chemokine receptor CXCR4 and CCR7 protein were strongly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma, and the expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 protein were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01); ② The degree of cancer cell differentiation The expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 protein was significantly lower than that in the low differentiated cancer tissues (P <0.05). The expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 protein in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (P <0.01) Lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusion: CXCR4 and CCR7 are highly expressed in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of CXCR4 and CCR7 is correlated with the pathological differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
