语言作为文学最根本的表现力历来是研究的重点,随着人们对结构、韵律等特征研究的深化,语言符号的意义也成为研究的课题。符号在文学作品中突破了转承起折功能后,还赋予了文学作品的审美功能。美国文学史上最伟大的诗人埃米莉.迪金森的语言符号具有独特性,她极具个性的处理赋予了作品浓郁的情感和丰富的内涵,从而使语言符号与文学意蕴的高度融合,给予文学信息最大限度的发展空间。本文将以迪金森诗歌为例,通过她作品中语言符号所创作的韵律、形态、句法等进行分析,从而来探讨语言符号的重要功能之一的“表情功能”作用。
Language as the most fundamental expression of literature has always been the focus of research. With the deepening of the research on the characteristics of structure and rhythm, the significance of language symbols has also become a research topic.
