在现代社会中,企业在为股东谋取利润最大化的同时,还应该顾及利益相关者的利益,同时还必须承担社会责任。在循环经济背景下,企业的社会责任就表现为可持续发展责任,而其核心内容之一是环境责任。本文通过对循环经济与企业环境责任关系的阐述,提出循环经济背景下增强企业社会责任的路径选择。 In modern society, while enterprises seek maximum profits for their shareholders, they should also take into account the interests of stakeholders and must also shoulder their social responsibilities. In the context of circular economy, corporate social responsibility is reflected in the responsibility of sustainable development, and one of its core content is the environmental responsibility. In this paper, the author elaborates the relationship between circular economy and corporate environmental responsibility, and proposes the ways to enhance corporate social responsibility under the background of circular economy.
