目的:研究广东紫珠Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从广东紫珠乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:咖啡酸(1)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、阿魏酸(5)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、(+)-异落叶松脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate in Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun from Guangdong. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC and other chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of N. granulata and identified as caffeic acid (1), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxysursu-12-ene-28-O- Glucopyranoside (2), 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyoleane-12-ene-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 2α, 3α, 19α- Olearpha-12-ene-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) -β-D-glucopyranoside (6), (+) -isolanolipid-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
