以CSP工艺生产的Fe-3%Si钢为研究对象,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了Fe-3%Si钢在不同条件下热变形时的再结晶行为以及晶粒尺寸的变化,分析了变形工艺参数对再结晶行为以及晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:单道次压缩中,应力-应变曲线出现多峰现象,动态再结晶临界应变量仅为0.066。双道次压缩中,每个道次内都发生了间断动态再结晶;静态再结晶分数随着变形温度和道次间隔时间的增加而逐渐增大。
Taking Fe-3% Si steel produced by CSP process as the research object, the recrystallization behavior and grain size change of Fe-3% Si steel during hot deformation under different conditions were studied by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. Effects of Deformation Process Parameters on Recrystallization Behavior and Grain Size. The results show that the multi - peak stress - strain curve appears in single pass compression, and the critical strain of dynamic recrystallization is only 0.066. In the two-pass compression, intermittent dynamic recrystallization occurred in each pass. The static recrystallization fraction increased with the increase of deformation temperature and pass interval time.
