目的探讨食管法心脏电生理中程序期前刺激法中相同基础周期减少基础刺激个数对心脏不应期测定的影响,分析可行性并优化该项技术操作方法,以正确评估心脏不应期。方法分析食管法心脏电生理检测者54例在程序刺激序列检查中,采用固定基础周长的3种不同基础刺激个数8∶1,6∶1,4∶1的S1S2模式对房室传导不应期和心房不应期的测定值的影响。结果 54例插管深度(40.28±1.39)cm,心房起搏阈值电压(16.30±3.94)V。测定房室传导不应期3组两两自身对照成组配对比较,差异均无统计学意义(均
