职业倦怠易使教师对学生失去耐心和爱心,对课程准备的充分性降低,对工作的控制感和成就感下降,导致教师队伍的高流失率,影响教师队伍的稳定和国家教育事业及整个社会的发展。本次调查研究显示:西安市中学教师目前的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,个人成就感降低相对突出。本文还提出了从组织系统、社会系统、个体支持三个方面来缓解和消除教师职业倦怠,提高教师的职业质量。 Job burnout tends to make teachers lose patience and love to students, reduce the adequacy of curriculum preparation, reduce their sense of control and accomplishment, lead to a high turnover rate of teachers, influence the stability of teaching staff and national education and society as a whole development of. The survey shows: Xi’an secondary school teachers present degree of burnout as a whole is not serious, the relative reduction of personal accomplishment is more prominent.
