职业倦怠易使教师对学生失去耐心和爱心,对课程准备的充分性降低,对工作的控制感和成就感下降,导致教师队伍的高流失率,影响教师队伍的稳定和国家教育事业及整个社会的发展。本次调查研究显示:西安市中学教师目前的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,个人成就感降低相对突出。本文还提出了从组织系统、社会系统、个体支持三个方面来缓解和消除教师职业倦怠,提高教师的职业质量。
Job burnout tends to make teachers lose patience and love to students, reduce the adequacy of curriculum preparation, reduce their sense of control and accomplishment, lead to a high turnover rate of teachers, influence the stability of teaching staff and national education and society as a whole development of. The survey shows: Xi’an secondary school teachers present degree of burnout as a whole is not serious, the relative reduction of personal accomplishment is more prominent. The paper also proposes to alleviate and eliminate teacher burnout from the three aspects of organizational system, social system and individual support, and improve teachers’ professional quality.
