采用HLB值法选择乳化剂,逐一探讨了各个乳化条件,对乳化柴油的制备工艺进行了详细的研究。实验发现:以司班80和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为乳化剂,其中Span80与CTAB二者复配后的HLB值为8.8,乳化剂用量为5.0%,助乳化剂正丁醇与乳化剂的质量比约为1.0:2.1,乳化时间30min,即制得掺水量为10.0%的乳化柴油,且乳化柴油的稳定性较高。
