目的为面神经颧支解剖提供更详细的资料,为除皱术等颌面部整形美容外科提供相关的解剖学依据。方法用巨微解剖方法观察10例(20侧)防腐成人头部标本和2例(4侧)新鲜成人头部标本。观察颧支的分支、分布,对颧支的上部分支(浅支)进行统计、定位。结果⑴颧支出腮腺的分支有2~5支,两支型为主,占66.70%,3支型占25.00%,多支型占8.80%。⑵浅支出现率为91.67%,其分支也有3种形式。⑶浅支和深支有多种形式跨越颧大肌并相互间有吻合。结论面神经颧支的分支依据走行在颧大肌的表面和深面分为浅支和深支,浅支多走行在颧大肌的上1/3部分,在本组材料中出现率较高(91.67%),除皱术中剥离颧大肌表面时可提前体表定位浅支的位置,在安全范围内剥离,避免损伤。
The aim is to provide more detailed data for facial nerve zygomatic anatomy and to provide relevant anatomical evidences for cosmetic facial surgery such as wrinkle removal. Methods Ten samples (20 sides) of anticorrosive adult head and two cases (4 sides) of fresh adult head were observed by microdissection method. Observe the branching and distribution of the zygomatic branch, and count and locate the upper branch (superficial branch) of the zygomatic branch. Results ⑴ zygomatic branch of the parotid there are 2 to 5 branches, the two main type, accounting for 66.70%, 3 accounted for 25.00%, multi-branch accounted for 8.80%. ⑵ superficial branch rate of 91.67%, its branch has three forms. ⑶ shallow branches and deep branches in a variety of forms across the zygomaticus and mutual agreement. Conclusion The branch of facial nerve zygomatic branch is divided into superficial branch and deep branch on the surface and deep side of zygomaticus. The superficial branch runs on the upper 1/3 of the zygomaticus greater, 91.67%), the removal of zygomaticus surface in the removal of the surface of the superficial branch of the body position can be ahead of schedule, stripping within the scope of safety to avoid injury.
