计算流行病学是一个正在迅速发展的多学科交叉研究领域,它通过对影响流行病传播过程的多重不确定性因素进行综合计算分析,进一步促进传播规律的认识,从而引导科学的应急准备和响应。该文通过分析近年来的相关研究,总结计算流行病学的思想、原理和方法;以天花生物恐怖和流感大流行的应急响应为例,介绍计算流行病方法的实际应用;最后讨论和展望这一领域的发展方向。
Computational epidemiology is a rapidly developing field of interdisciplinary research. Through comprehensive calculation and analysis of multiple uncertainties affecting the process of epidemic spread, it further promotes the understanding of the laws of communication and guides scientific emergency preparedness and response . This article summarizes the concepts, principles and methods of computational epidemiology by analyzing related researches in recent years. Taking the emergency response of smallpox biological horror and influenza pandemic as an example, this paper introduces the practical application of computational epidemiological methods. Finally, it discusses and prospects this A field of development.
