在教学过程中我们发现很多学生不能在课堂里灵活的解决实际问题。究其原因是因为有些教师在授课过程中,知识点讲得太多不能给学生留下独立思考的时间,很多学生虽然掌握了很多的实际理论,但是缺乏自主探索举一反三的能力。这本身是学生应该具备的创新能力,但是这在很多小学教育中缺乏这样的创新能力,我们利用翻转课堂培养学生的创新能力是当下首要解决的事情,尤其是在小学的数学教学中我们可以利用翻转课堂让学生自主学习,这样不仅能提高学生的创新能力更能让学生在学习过程中锻炼举一反三的能力。
During the teaching process, we found that many students can not flexibly solve practical problems in the classroom. The reason is that some teachers in the teaching process, knowledge of too much stress can not give students leave independent thinking time, many students have mastered a lot of practical theory, but the lack of independent exploration ability to learn from either one of them. This in itself is a student’s ability to innovate. However, this lack of such innovative ability in many primary education. The use of flip classrooms to cultivate students’ innovative abilities is the primary solution at present. Especially in elementary mathematics teaching, we can make use of Flip the class so that students learn independently, so that students can not only improve the ability to innovate but also enable students to learn in the process of giving top priority.
