进入21世纪,随着知识经济的发展和经济全球化进程的加快,企业之间的激烈竞争越来越多地表现在企业文化方面。然而当前企业文化建设上普遍存在追求企业文化的形式、忽略企业文化的内涵,将企业文化等同于企业精神、使企业文化脱离企业管理,将企业文化视为传统文化在企业管理中的直接运用,忽视了企业文化的创新和个性化等问题。因此,本文提出概括和提炼更加富有个性特色、中国特色的企业文化,正确处理好企业文化与社会文化的关系、构建和谐的企业文化,重视企业主体尤其是企业领导者、企业家的素质等几个建设当前中国企业文化的对策。
In the 21st century, with the development of the knowledge economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, fierce competition among enterprises is increasingly manifested in corporate culture. However, in the current corporate culture construction, the pursuit of corporate culture forms are generally prevalent, and the connotation of corporate culture is ignored. The corporate culture is equivalent to the spirit of the enterprise, the corporate culture is separated from the enterprise management, and the corporate culture is regarded as the direct application of traditional culture in the enterprise management.
