学校的教育教学服务质量的好坏直接反映出校长教学领导绩效的有效性。因此,领导管理学校,不仅需要有智慧的心智,对其岗位职责要有深刻地感知,而且也要有加强自身素质的提高,促使其采用更有效的领导方式进行有效地领导。本文就从教育管理理论的教学领导理论出发,对高中校长教学领导绩效进行全面的理论探讨和实践分析。通过对目前高中教学领导绩效现状的分析,准确地找出影响高中校长教学领导绩效的因素,针对其所存在的不足,为高中校长教学领导绩效的提升提出应对的对策。
The quality of education and teaching services in schools directly reflects the effectiveness of headmaster teaching leadership performance. Therefore, to lead the management of schools, not only need to have a smart mind, have a deep sense of their job responsibilities, but also have to enhance their own quality, prompting them to adopt more effective leadership for effective leadership. Based on the teaching leadership theory of education management theory, this paper carries out a comprehensive theoretical discussion and practical analysis on the teaching leadership performance of high school principals. By analyzing the current performance of teaching leadership in senior middle schools, we can accurately find out the factors which affect the performance of senior middle school principals. According to the existing problems, we put forward countermeasures to improve the performance of high school teaching leaders.
