鲫鱼膏活血祛淤,解毒生肌,用于治疗痈肿、瘰疽、恶核。其方药由大活鲜鲫鱼800克、生穿山甲50克、麻油1000毫升、铅粉410克组成。通过取汁,高温皂化而成银白色硬膏药,供外贴用。其制作程序有别于同类剂型。一、取汁:将麻油置膏药锅内,加热微沸,投入滤干鲫鱼酥枯,在锅内油温约180～200℃离火捞鱼,再投生穿山甲炸枯,捞去。为保证药膏的纯洁度,待油温下降到60～80℃时,用夹层绸布滤渣,滤净后即可进行炼油。
