介绍了德兴铜矿铜精矿滤饼水分现状,阐述了微泡技术应用于真空过滤作用机理,并在此基础上进行了模拟探索性试验。试验进一步表明微泡过滤工艺降低铜精矿滤饼水分的可行性,指出 CPT 浮选柱中 Slamjet 气体分散器产生微泡原理也可应用于过滤作业,这将对目前真空过滤机技术革命产生深远影响。
The water status of filter cake of copper concentrate in Dexing Copper Mine was introduced. The mechanism of application of microbubble technology to vacuum filtration was expounded. Based on this, simulated exploratory tests were carried out. The experiment further shows that the micro-bubble filtration process can reduce the water content of the copper concentrate filter cake. It is pointed out that the principle of microbubbles produced by the Slamjet gas disperser in the CPT flotation column can also be applied to the filtration operation, which will have far-reaching effects on the technical revolution of the vacuum filter influences.
