目的 :研究温郁金对鼠胃组织和血浆生长抑素 (SS)水平的影响。方法 :ICR小鼠分组 ,分别以温郁金水提物、石油醚提取液 (醚提物 )和乙醇提取液 (醇提物 )中等剂量灌胃 ,每天 1次 ,3d后于末次灌药后 1、1.5、2、3h处死小鼠 ,获取血浆和胃组织 ,观察温郁金对鼠SS水平影响的时效关系。用SD大鼠以温郁金大、中、小剂量灌胃 ,每天 2次 ,3d后于末次灌药后 2h处死大鼠 ,观察温郁金对鼠SS水平影响的量效关系。结果 :温郁金水提物、醚提物和醇提物能提高鼠胃组织和血浆的SS水平 ,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;胃组织和血浆SS水平和温郁金给药之间存在时效关系但无量效关系 ,各提取物不同剂量之间比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5。结论 :温郁金能促使鼠胃组织和血浆SS水平提高。
Objective: To study the effects of T. turmoides on rat stomach tissue and plasma somatostatin (SS) levels. METHODS: ICR mice were divided into groups and were given medium dose of Wenyujin extract, petroleum ether extract (ether extract) and ethanol extract (alcohol extract), once a day, 3 days after the last injection. The mice were sacrificed at 1.5, 2, and 3 hours to obtain plasma and stomach tissues. The time-effect relationship of the effects of temperate turmeric on the level of SS in rats was observed. Rats were given intragastric administration at large, medium, and low doses of Wenyujin twice daily for 3 days and rats were sacrificed 2 hours after the last injection. The dose-effect relationship of Wenyujin on SS levels in rats was observed. RESULTS: The water extract, ether extract and alcohol extract of T. turmodes could increase the SS level in rat stomach tissue and plasma, and there was significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Stomach tissue and plasma SS level There was a time-effect relationship between the administration of turmodine and no curative effect, and there was no significant difference between the different doses of the extracts (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Wenyujin can promote the increase of gastric tissue and plasma SS levels.
