目的探讨氧化亚氮(笑气)吸入联合帕瑞昔布钠在无痛人工流产中应用的镇痛效果及安全性。方法将需行无痛人工流产术的患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者给予笑气吸入麻醉,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上给予帕瑞昔布钠联合镇痛,分别对2组患者术中镇痛效果、术后不同时间的宫缩痛,术后24 h内不良反应发生率等指标进行比较。结果观察组和对照组患者术中镇痛有效率分别为100.00%和90.00%,观察组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后不同时间的宫缩痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且术中、术后24 h内无1例患者出现恶心、呕吐等不良反应;对照组患者术后1 h内出现轻微头晕6例,恶心、呕吐2例,不良反应发生率为16.00%,但程度均相对较轻,持续时间短,观察后不给予处理自行缓解。结论笑气吸入联合帕瑞昔布钠在无痛人工流产术应用可显著增强临床镇痛效果,改善患者术后宫缩疼痛效果好,无明显不良反应,安全性高,患者术前无需禁食等便捷优势,颇具临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and safety of nitrous oxide (niacin) inhalation combined with parecoxib sodium in painless induced abortion. Methods 100 cases of painless induced abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given inhalation of nitrous oxide, while those in observation group were given parecoxib on the basis of control group And sodium combined with analgesia were used to compare the intraoperative analgesia effect, the contractions pain after operation and the incidence of adverse reactions within 24 hours after operation respectively. Results The effective rate of intraoperative analgesia in observation group and control group was 100.00% and 90.00%, respectively. The observation group was higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Visual acuity scores (VAS score) of contractions pain in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), and no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting occurred in one patient within 24 hours after operation In the control group, mild dizziness occurred in 6 cases within 1 h after operation. There were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting. The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.00%. However, the degree of adverse reactions was relatively mild with short duration and was relieved after treatment. Conclusions The combination of nitrous oxide inhalation and parecoxib in painless artificial abortion can significantly enhance clinical analgesic effect, improve the effect of postoperative contractions pain, no obvious adverse reactions, high safety and no need of fasting before operation And other convenient advantages, quite clinical application value.
