为探究煤结构对润湿型抑尘剂降尘效果的影响,选用7个典型变质程度煤种的煤尘为研究对象,并选用4种煤矿常用润湿型抑尘剂,利用表面张力实验确定抑尘剂溶液浓度;此外,采用核磁共振(NMR)实验获得煤结构表征参数—芳香度fa′,根据现场降尘效果试验,将芳香度与降尘效率做相关性分析,得到如下结论:降尘率随着煤阶升高而不断降低;在使用抑尘剂对中低变质程度煤尘进行喷雾降尘时,受煤质影响较小,降尘效果好坏主要取决于降尘剂的选取,而当对高变质程度的煤尘进行喷雾降尘时,此时煤的疏水性很强,降尘效果差的原因主要在于煤自身的结构。
In order to explore the effect of coal structure on the dust-reducing effect of wet-type dust suppressants, seven coal dusts with typical metamorphic grade were selected as research objects.
