Since the birth of comparative literature, it has always been cast great attention by people. There are various controversies surrounding the crisis of this subject. As an open literary study, comparative literature was originally designed to overcome the narrow vision of the national literature, eliminate the boundary barriers set by the people and achieve the worldwide circulation of literature, and thus has a broader content. The continuous expansion of the extension makes people keep questioning the connotation of the comparative literature discipline, among which the dispute about the fuzzy boundary of the subject boundary is particularly outstanding. Comparative literature, by virtue of its transgressive nature, has broken the boundaries of orthodox disciplines that have been stifling many years of orthodoxy, but does this lead to the expansion and expansion of the uncoercion of its own disciplines? This article attempts to explore from which foothold we should reconcile the two Contradictions in order to better understand this discipline.
