在电力行业不断引入竞争的现状下,电网集团公司必须打破长期垄断经营的思维定势,建立关注企业长期发展,关注企业外部需要的子公司经营者绩效评价制度,以引导子公司经营者的管理行为.提高整体核心竞争力,实现集团公司的战略目标。本文在对电网集团子公司经营者现行考核办法现存问题诊断分析的基础上,借鉴平衡记分卡的思想,提出了电网经营企业子公司经营者绩效评价关键绩效指标的选择及体系构建思路。
Under the current situation of the power industry introducing competition constantly, the power grid group corporation must break the thinking tendency of long-term monopoly management and set up the performance appraisal system of the subsidiary company focusing on the long-term development of the enterprise and paying attention to the external demand of the enterprise so as to guide the management of the subsidiary company manager Improve the overall core competitiveness and achieve the strategic goals of the group company. Based on the diagnosis of existing problems in current assessment methods of operators of subsidiaries of the grid group, this paper draws lessons from the idea of balanced scorecard and puts forward the choice of the key performance indicators of performance evaluation of the operators of grid-operating subsidiaries and the ideas of system construction.
