平整工艺是使冷轧薄钢板获得一定表面形貌和粗糙度的关键工序,准确预测平整轧制压力的大小是进一步研究其形貌复映关系的理论基础。针对平整工艺压下率s一般小于10%的特点及其润滑特征建立了轧制压力预测的边界润滑弹塑性模型。通过理论计算表明:在s<10%时,轧辊的弹性变形和钢板的弹性恢复对轧制力预测有显著影响,是不能忽略的。使用 130型两辊轧制实验机,压下率为4.6%~24.4%的实验证明:该模型的理论计算结果与实验结果相对误差小于20%,比边界润滑刚性模型(其相对误差小于30%)具有更高的准确性。
The smoothing process is a key process to obtain a certain surface topography and roughness of cold-rolled steel sheet. Accurately forecasting the size of the rolling pressure is the theoretical basis for further study of its topography. In view of the characteristics of the flattening rate of s less than 10% and its lubrication characteristics, a boundary lubrication elastic-plastic model of rolling pressure prediction is established. The theoretical calculation shows that when s <10%, the elastic deformation of the roll and the elastic recovery of the plate have a significant effect on the prediction of the rolling force, which can not be neglected.
