近日,北京市西城区法院开庭审理原告某通信公司诉被告某科技有限公司网络购物合同纠纷一案。原告某通信公司诉称,2011年7月,其与被告某科技公司签订协议.向被告购买礼品电子卡并在被告网站购买商品。原告如约履行义务,按采购数额向被告结算款项。因购买的电子卡在2012年12月31日即将过期,原告主动向被告商议延期,遭被告拒绝。现原告某通信公司起诉至法院要求:1.被告退还到期无法使用的电子卡现金957 666元;2.被告支付本案全部诉讼费。
