目的:总结妊娠期高血压疾病并发HELLP综合征7例的临床特点及治疗体会。方法:对我院2007年4月～2012年5月收治的7例HELLP综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:完全性HELLP综合征6例,部分性HELLP综合征1例;剖宫产5例,阴道分娩2例;早产5例,足月产2例;经积极综合救治,7例患者全部治愈出院,围生儿死亡2例。结论:HELLP综合征是产科严重的并发症,及时诊断及处理可以改善妊娠结局。
Objective: To summarize the clinical features and treatment of 7 cases of Hypertensive disorder complicated with HELLP syndrome during pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data of 7 HELLP syndrome patients admitted from April 2007 to May 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Complete HELLP syndrome in 6 cases, partial HELLP syndrome in 1 case; cesarean section in 5 cases, vaginal delivery in 2 cases; preterm birth in 5 cases, full-term birth in 2 cases; after active treatment, all the 7 patients were cured Perinatal death in 2 cases. Conclusion: HELLP syndrome is a serious obstetric complication, timely diagnosis and treatment can improve pregnancy outcomes.
