为了研究一种适合翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)测量、标记、亲鱼采卵、采血、活鱼运输等试验和生产操作的麻醉技术,在水温24℃下进行了不同浓度丁香酚对翘嘴鲌麻醉以及复苏效果的试验。结果显示,不同浓度的丁香酚对翘嘴鲌都有比较好的麻醉以及复苏效果,20~120mg/L的丁香酚都能在5min中内使翘嘴鲌进入麻醉期,并且都能在10min中内完成麻醉鱼的复苏,复苏率以及成活率均达到100%。麻醉和复苏的时间除30、40、60mg/L 3组之间差异并不十分明显外,其余的各组之间以及其他各组与30、40、60mg/L3组之间的差异均达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。麻醉时间总体是随着丁香酚的浓度上升而缩短,与浓度呈现较强的负相关。麻醉后的复苏所需要的时间以20mg/L最短,随浓度上升依次增加。30、40、60mg/L浓度的丁香酚均能达到3min麻醉5min苏醒。同时,探讨了在60mg/L浓度下麻醉的翘嘴鲌分别在空气中暴露5、10、15、20、25min时间后对其复苏的影响。结果表明,麻醉鱼的复苏率以及存活率均为100%,复苏时间最长的为空气暴露5min,随暴露时间的增加,复苏所需要的时间逐渐减短,差异并不是非常突出,暴露时间与复苏时间并不是明显的线性关系。由此可见,丁香酚是翘嘴鲌安全、有效的麻醉剂,40~60mg/L浓度的效果最佳,可满足翘嘴鲌的常规实验操作的需要。
