This paper introduces a distributed database system for joint decision-making of provincial multi-expert system in power grids. It discusses database design, information sharing, data security and concurrency control of distributed transactions during the design and implementation of the distributed database The key technologies illustrate the effectiveness of combining distributed database technology with a multi-expert system for joint decision support systems.
