本文介绍一种使用数个分立元件与一块集成电路组成的单稳触发器.其暂稳时长是1毫秒至10秒,工作很稳定,电源电压变化和负载变化对暂稳时长的影响很小.大家知道,使用单结管组成的锯齿波发生器有着诸如:脉冲频率较稳定,环境温度和电源电压对频率的影响较小,电路结构简单等优点.如果我们利用这种电路的脉冲产生方法和门电路配合使用后,就可构成性能优良的单稳态电路,如图1所示.
This article describes a single-shot flip-flop that uses several discrete components and an integrated circuit with a transient settling time of 1 millisecond to 10 seconds and very stable operation with minimal changes in supply voltage and load.
