由中国酒业协会(原中国酿酒工业协会)、江南大学、日本酿造学会和日本独立行政法人酒类综合研究所发起主办的、原定于2012年10月于中国四川成都召开的“国际酒文化学术研讨会”因故延期。现经会议主办及承办各方协商,定于2013年9月底于中国湖南长沙召开。国际酒文化学术研讨会是以酿酒技术、相关酒文化为主题的学术交流活动,自举办以来深受国内外酿酒(酿造)同仁、专家、学者的支持与重视,每届来自中国、日本 Organized by the China National Wine Industry Association (formerly China Brewing Industry Association), Jiangnan University, Japan Brewing Society and Japan’s Independent Institute of Alcoholic Research, originally scheduled for October 2012 in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, “International Wine Culture Symposium ”Delays for any reason. International Symposium on Wine Culture is a academic exchange activity based on winemaking technology and related wine culture.
