研究了生产中广泛运用的亚共晶Al-Si合金在熔体温度处理中高低温熔体温度、混合后熔体冷却速度、停留时间等工艺参数对合金组织、性能的影响。发现熔体温度处理工艺对亚共晶Al Si合金铸件凝固组织有比较好的细化效果 ,并可显著提高材料性能。
The effects of high and low temperature melt temperature, melt cooling rate and residence time on the microstructure and properties of the hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys widely used in the production process were studied. It is found that the melt temperature treatment process has better refinement effect on the solidified microstructure of hypoeutectic Al Si alloy castings and can significantly improve the material properties.
