目的:探讨数字优势框架对公平感的影响,以及表现评估和对分配结果的预期在其中的序列中介作用.方法:两个实验采用不同的情境,分别以大学生和企业员工为被试,采用单因素(框架:自我优势框架,他人优势框架)被试间设计.结果:①相比于他人优势框架,在自我优势框架下,个体的不公平感更高;②数字优势框架依次通过表现评估和预期对公平感产生间接作用.结论:数字优势框架通过自我表现评估和对分配结果的预期的序列中介来影响个体公平感.“,”Objective:To explore the effects of numerical farming in favor-self and favor-other on perceived fairness.Methods:Experiment 1 and 2 used a numerical framing (favor-self vs.favor-other) between subject design,respectively.Sixty college students were recruited in experiment 1 to examine the effect of numerical farming on perceived fairness.Sixty nine employees were examined in experiment 2 to explore the mediating effect of perceived performance and expectation of their fair share of reward.Results:①Comparing with the favor-other farming,participants in favor-self farming condition scored more unfairness;②Perceived performance and expectation served as mediators between numerical farming in favorself and favor-other and perceived fairness.Conclusion:Numerical farming in favor-self and favor-other presentation,perceived performance and expectation fit a serial multi-variable mediation model to affect perceived fairness.
