目的：探讨女性外阴瘙痒的临床特征及其有效的治疗方法。方法选择2010年12月至2013年7月期间我院收治的86例外阴瘙痒患者，将其平均分为观察组（n＝43）和对照组（n＝43），对照组患者采用西医治疗，观察组患者采用中西医结合治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者治疗的显效率和总有效率分别为65．1％、85．3％，对照组患者治疗的显效率和总有效率分别为34．9％、69．8％，两组之间的差异显著（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗应用于外阴瘙痒的临床效果十分显著，有效的提高了患者康复率，值得推广。“,”purpose To investigate the clinical characteristics of female vulva pruritus and ef ective treatment method.Method During the period of 2010 December to 2013 July selected in our hospital 86 cases of patients with vulvar itching,the average divided into observation group (n=43)and control group (n=43),the control group was treated with western medicine treat-ment,the observation group were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the observation and statistics of the two groups of patients.Result The observation group patients significant efective rate and total efective rate were 65.1%,85.3%,the control group patients significant efective rate and total efective rate were 34.9%,69.8%,the difer-encebetweenthetwogroupswassignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionTheclinicalefectofintegratedtraditionalChineseandWesternmedicinetreatmentforgenitalitchingisverysignificant,ef-fectively improve the patients recovery rate,worthy of promotion.
