目的观察中药金水宝对慢性肾脏病的治疗。方法将60例慢性肾脏病3～5期的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上口服金水宝,12周后测定血尿素氮和肌酐的水平,观察疗效。结果治疗组能在一定程度上降低血尿素氮和肌酐的水平,同时改善临床症状,两组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金水宝治疗慢性肾病有效,可延缓肾功衰竭的进展。
Objective To observe the treatment of chronic kidney disease (JN) by Chinese herbal medicine Jinshui Bao. Methods Sixty patients with stage 3 ~ 5 chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with jinshuibao on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks, Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels, observe the effect. Results The treatment group can reduce the level of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine to a certain extent, and improve the clinical symptoms at the same time. The two groups have significant statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Jin Shui Bao effective treatment of chronic kidney disease, can delay the progress of renal failure.
