Background Links: November 15, 2011, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions held a national trade union workers ideological and political work video conference. Before the meeting, Wang Zhaoguo, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, met with the delegates and made important speeches. Wang Zhaoguo stressed: The trade unions at all levels should profoundly grasp the new tasks of uniting and mobilizing workers for solidarity in the light of the new situation and the new requirements of leading their staff through education with the socialist core value system.
