本文从剖析认识信息的过程入手,引出了信息测度的两条相对性原则,并指出,申农的通讯信息量还只是一种实用相对信息量,它具有静态系统规定性的特征。如果将信源和信宿的动态特征的量引入申农信息量公式,就能够推导出具有拓广意义的哲学相对信息量,它具有动态系统规定性的特征。哲学相对信息量可使申农信息量的诸多局限性得到克服。 Starting with the process of analyzing and understanding information, this paper leads to two relativistic principles of information measure. It also points out that the amount of information that Shennong uses is only a kind of practical relative information, which has the characteristics of static system. If we introduce the quantity of dynamic features of source and destination into the information formula of Shennong, we can deduce the philosophical relative information with broad meaning, which has the characteristics of dynamic system definition. The relative amount of information in philosophies can overcome many of the limitations of the amount of informants in agriculture.
