不同氧分压下合成单一相LaMnO3+λ系列样品。利用X射线衍射数据和未知品系点阵常数计算程序(TREOR)测定了其晶体结构,真空样品为四方晶系,其余为三方晶系,且随氧分压升高晶胞参数呈规律性变化,并计算出各位占有率、La3+空位量和非整比结构式。
Synthesis of single-phase LaMnO3 + λ samples at different oxygen partial pressures. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and uncorrelated lattice constant calculation program (TREOR). The vacuum sample was tetragonal and the rest was trigonal. The cell parameters changed regularly with the increase of partial pressure of oxygen, And calculate the share of each, La3 + vacancies and non-integer ratio structure.
