客户关系管理是一种以客户为中心的经营理念,为适应时代的发展,企业客户之间的关系已经发生转变,因此客户管理管理市场也变得更加快。我国酒店行业发展进入到高峰时期,在发展中没有很好的使用客户关系管理,将患者满意度不高,本文主要分析精品酒店的客户关系管理。
