现代企业各项工作的复杂性和综合化,更依赖于团队的组织与运作。本文研究中小型药企现有的销售群体的不足之处,在此基础上分析建立销售团队的必要性和条件,旨在找到建立高效销售团队的方法。
The complexity and integration of various tasks in modern enterprises depend more on the organization and operation of the team. This paper studies the shortcomings of the existing sales groups of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises, on the basis of this analysis of the necessity and conditions of the establishment of sales team, to find a method to establish an efficient sales team.
