建立了小口径自动炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型,通过仿真数据与实弹射击试验数据的对比,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,研究了复进簧刚度变化对自动炮射速和射击精度的影响,研究结果为小口径自动炮在部队射击训练过程中的故障诊断提供了定量参考依据,为小口径自动炮结构优化奠定了基础。
A rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of small caliber automatic gun was established. The reliability of the model was verified by comparing the simulation data with the live fire test data. On this basis, the influence of the change of the recoil spring stiffness on the automatic gun firing rate and firing precision is studied. The research results provide a quantitative reference for the small-caliber automatic gun fire diagnosis in the process of firing training. Structure optimization laid the foundation.
