能源合作是近年来中国和俄罗斯双边关系中的最大热点,并随着双方在新的国际形势下逐步调整战略重点而持续升温。当然,对于能源合作这种涉及利益巨大、持续时间漫长、双方风险极高的特殊经济活动,中俄两个大国之间谈何容易,现实中有许多问题,过去进展也相对缓慢。虽然,中俄能源互补性强,但是,能源合作基本上还是谁更需要谁的博弈,而不完全是简单的商业行为。 Energy cooperation is the biggest hot spot in the bilateral relations between China and Russia in recent years and continues to heat up as the two countries adjust their strategic priorities gradually under the new international situation.
