目的:建立金银花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用依利特Hypersil ODS 2 (4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈和0.5%醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/ min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为254nm。以绿原酸为参照物,对十批金银花药材进行了指纹图谱分析。结果:不同批次金银花药材指纹图谱相似度良好,获得9个共有峰。方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求,10批金银花药材的相似度在0.9—1.0之间。结论:该方法稳定、可靠、重现性好,为更好地控制金银花的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish high performance liquid chromatographic fingerprints of honeysuckle. METHODS: Using a Hypersil HyperDS O2 (4.6×250mm, 5μm) column, gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 25°C, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. With chlorogenic acid as the reference substance, fingerprints of ten batches of honeysuckle were analyzed. Results: The fingerprints of different batches of honeysuckle herbs showed good similarity and 9 common peaks were obtained. The methodological investigation results meet the technical requirements of fingerprinting. The similarity of 10 batches of honeysuckle herbs is between 0.9 and 1.0. Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable, and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for better control of the intrinsic quality of honeysuckle.
