目的应变(strain,ε)、应变率(strain rate,SR)显像是评价右心局部心肌功能的新方法,影响ε和SR的因素有很多,本文主要研究右心容量负荷过重对右心室长轴收缩期峰值ε及SR的影响。方法20例房间隔缺损(ASD)患者,与20例正常对照者,获取心尖四腔右室游离壁长轴方向基底段、中间段的心肌ε、SR曲线,测定其收缩期峰值ε和SR。结果右室游离壁中间段心肌ε、SR高于基底段,ASD组右室游离壁长轴方向各节段心肌收缩期峰值ε、SR均显著高于正常对照组相应节段的测值(P<0.01)。结论当右室容量负荷过重时,右室游离壁长轴方向心肌收缩期峰值ε、SR明显增高,提示ε和SR显像对局部心肌功能的评价受容量负荷的影响。
The purpose of strain (strain, ε), strain rate (SR) imaging is to evaluate the right heart function of the new local myocardial function, there are many factors that affect the ε and SR, the main study of right heart volume overload over the right ventricle Longitudinal Systolic Peaks ε and SR. Methods Twenty patients with atrial septal defect (ASD) and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The myocardial ε and SR curves of the basal and medial segments of the apical four-compartment right ventricular free wall were obtained. The systolic peak ε and SR were measured. Results The myocardial epsilon and srgr in the middle segment of the right ventricular free wall were higher than those in the basal ganglia. The peak systolic and mean systolic velocities of each segment in the ASD group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion When the right ventricular volume overload, right ventricular free wall along the long axis of myocardial systolic peak ε, SR was significantly increased, suggesting that ε and SR imaging on the evaluation of local myocardial function affected by capacity load.
