为探讨黄连的有关毒性问题,本实验观察了黄连、小檗碱及黄芩、甘草配伍对黄连急性毒性和小檗碱含量的影响。1 实验材料1.1 药物 黄连、黄芩和甘草均购自北京市药材公司,经乐崇熙研究员鉴定黄连为味连Coptis chinesis Franch.黄芩为Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.甘草为Glycyrrhiza uralensisFisch。分别称取药物,加蒸馏水适量浸泡30min后,加热至沸,第1次沸30min,第2次沸20min,分别过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩至每毫升含生药0.5g制成煎液备用。取煎液放置过夜,第2日滤取沉淀,所得沉淀分别以2000rpm离心,置低温干燥箱内干燥24h,保存于干燥器内备用。

Take the decoction overnight, the first two days to filter sediment, the resulting precipitate were centrifuged at 2000rpm, set the low temperature oven dry 24h, stored in a desiccator for use.
