目的分析探讨重症加强护理病房(ICU)鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与生物膜形成的关系。方法 400例ICU患者,使用PHOENIX-100全自动细菌鉴定仪对鲍曼不动杆菌进行分离测定,将其分成敏感株(n=206)和耐药菌株(n=194),采用黏附半定量法测量鲍曼不动杆菌生物膜形成能力,比较分析敏感株和耐药菌株的生物膜差异。结果鲍曼不动杆菌耐药菌株的生物膜阳性形成率为87.11%,高于敏感菌株的生物膜阳性形成率的22.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性和生物膜形成具有密切关联,在临床监测过程中,应该对ICU鲍曼不动杆菌的生物膜进行诊断和鉴别,以避免影响患者的治疗效果,减少抗菌药物耐药性的产生。
Objective To investigate the relationship between drug resistance and the formation of biofilm in Acinetobacter baumannii in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods 400 cases of ICU patients were divided into sensitive strains (n = 206) and drug-resistant strains (n = 194) using PHOENIX-100 automatic bacterial analyzer to separate Acinetobacter baumannii. The biofilm formation ability of Acinetobacter baumannii was measured. The biofilm differences between susceptible and resistant strains were compared. Results The positive rate of biofilm formation in Acinetobacter baumannii strains was 87.11%, which was higher than that of the sensitive strains (22.33%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU is closely related to the biofilm formation. During clinical monitoring, the biofilms of Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU should be diagnosed and identified to avoid affecting the therapeutic effect of the patients and reduce the antibacterial activity Drug resistance.
