本文研究了用原子吸收法间接测定油菜籽中硫代葡萄糖苷的方法,本法可测定μmol/g量的硫代葡萄糖苷。对于含量为35.9至98.2 μmol/g的样品。方法的标准偏差为2.72～7.83μmol/g,变异系数为0.0354～0.174。
In this paper, the indirect determination of glucosinolates in rapeseed by atomic absorption spectrometry has been studied. The method can determine the amount of glucosinolates in μmol / g. For samples with a content of 35.9 to 98.2 μmol / g. The standard deviation of the method was 2.72 ~ 7.83μmol / g, the coefficient of variation was 0.0354 ~ 0.174.
