选取2 500尾平均体质量为74.3 g的斜带石斑鱼,分成5组,分别为试验组1号(自配饲料+小杂鱼)、试验组2号(自配饲料)、试验组3号(市售饲料+小杂鱼)、试验组4号(市售饲料)和对照组5号(小杂鱼)。每组设2个重复,比较几种石斑鱼专用配合饲料和小杂鱼对斜带石斑鱼生长速度、饲料效率及肌肉营养成分的影响。经过50 d的饲养,结果表明:自配饲料组饲料系数最低且蛋白质效率最高,斜带石斑鱼每增质量1 kg所需饲料成本最低,自配饲料组与对照组肥满度差异不显著。综合分析生长指标、饲料系数和饲料成本等因素,自配饲料是试验中最合适的斜带石斑鱼饲料。在不影响斜带石斑鱼生长性能的前提下,人工配合饲料可替代小杂鱼。
Tail grouper with average body weight of 2 500 and average body weight of 74.3 g were selected and divided into five groups, namely experimental group 1 (self-made feed + small trash fish), experimental group 2 (self-formulated feed), experimental group 3 (Commercial feed + small trash fish), test group No.4 (commercial feed) and control group No.5 (small trash fish). Two replicates per group were used to compare the effects of several special grouper mixed feed and small trash fish on growth rate, feed efficiency and muscle nutrient content of the grouper. After 50 days of feeding, the results showed that the lowest feedstuff coefficient and the highest protein efficiency were obtained in the self-formulated feed group, and the lowest feed cost for each additional 1 kg of grouper grouper was no significant difference in fatness between the self-formulated feed group and the control group . Comprehensive analysis of growth indicators, feed factors and feed costs and other factors, self-formulated feed is the most appropriate experimental slash grouper feed. Without affecting the growth performance of slash grouper, artificial feed can replace small trash fish.
